Meet Marie, the person behind PositivExercise:

Marie is originally from Germany but fell in love with the beauty of NZ, she has a Master of Science degree in Sports and Exercise Science with a focus on rehabilitation, prevention & fitness and is a qualified international 200h Yoga Teacher.

PositivExercise has been offering private exercise Physiology & Yoga Sessions in Whangarei and in the Bay of Islands. The philosophy behind it all is to have a great positive outcome through the right exercises tailored for you.

Diving into different types of movements you will always experience some sort of Mobility within the Session (including your Yoga classes at The Loft in Whangarei). To set you up, to be able to enjoy your leisure times with the body that moves with you, rather than against it.

Offering

  • Deepen your practice or joining for the first time. There can always be a good reason for joining a private Yoga Session. Maybe even for a Work due or Birthday.

    Having the time and focus to work on something specific that is needed just for you.

  • Book a Session with me at Activ8 or even bring your friend along. Different possibilities to help you with your goal and being accountable for it and achieving them.

  • Exercise Physiologist can treat with the right exercise your injury, different diseases and even chronic disease.

    Including muscle rehab, improvement after cancer treatment., cardiac rehab and many more.
